SHIPPING

Do you ship Internationally? 
At this stage we only ship Australia-wide. But keep in touch, as we hope to be sending coffee & tea globally soon!

How much does shipping cost? 

We have a flat shipping rate of $10.50 for all orders below $100. For orders above $100 we provide free shipping. 

How long will it take to get my order? 
All orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of your purchase. 
We use a courier service to send all of our orders. Please allow 2-10 working days for your package to arrive.

Can you send to PO Boxes?
We only send to street addresses as our courier service does not deliver to PO Boxes. 

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from our partner courier company with your tracking details and ETA. 

My order is missing, what should I do?
